Return & Refund Policy
We want you to receive your Amin Jadi Buti order safely and in good condition. Please read the following policy before accepting and opening your parcel.
Please record a continuous video while opening your parcel. This video is required as proof if the product is found damaged when the parcel is opened.
Damaged Product on Delivery
If your product arrives damaged, we may provide a replacement after reviewing the damage. A clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened is required to verify that the damage occurred during delivery.
No Damage, No Refund
Once the order has been delivered, a refund will not be provided if the product is received without damage. We do not accept refund requests simply because the customer has changed their mind after receiving an undamaged product.
How to Report Damage
- Record the parcel-opening process from the sealed package through opening.
- Make sure the damaged product is clearly visible in the video.
- Keep the original packaging and product until the issue has been reviewed.
- Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and the unboxing video.
Replacement
If the damage is verified and the required video proof is available, we will arrange a replacement, subject to product availability and review of the claim.
